Online Return Policy
We gladly accept product returns for refund (less shipping and handling) within 15 days of purchase, with your original receipt on unworn, unopened and unused items in their original packaging and/or with tags attached (no ripped or torn packages will be accepted). Items that meet the above requirements (less shipping and handling) will be refunded and be applied to your original method of payment once the returned item is received and accepted.
There are some items that are considered “Final Sale” and are not returnable for either refund or exchange. These items include:
To Return an Item for Refund
Please ensure shoes are in original form of packaging, i.e.: box/bag with style/barcode etc. Package the item/items being returned, along with a copy of your receipt/invoice, and send the package to the following address:

We do recommend mailing or shipping your package with tracking for your protection. Items lost and not received will not be granted a refund. Any return packages shipped COD will not be accepted.
Once we have received the returned item, we will fully inspect the merchandise. We will notify you via email whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price plus applicable taxes (less shipping and handling). The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Returns for online orders cannot be processed in our store. You may drop your online purchase off at our location for the return process, but it will not be refunded in store. Please make sure a copy of your original invoice is with your returned item.
As per our return policy, you will be notified via email and then your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Items that meet the return requirements can be exchanged and your item will be shipped out (shipping and handling charges will apply), once we have received the item and it has been accepted by us. You may notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding the item you prefer and we will ship item of your choice to you once we have received the item being returned. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on the original purchase and will apply to the exchanged item at the applicable rate.
If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, if you are unable to produce a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, or if the item(s) are worn, damaged packaging, missing tags or original packaging (i.e. boxes/bags/barcode style), or if the item(s) is considered “Final Sale,” neither a refund or exchange will be granted, no exceptions.
In-Store Return Policy
We gladly accept product purchased instore at Step’N Out for Exchange or Credit note within 14 days of purchase. You must provide your original receipt on unworn, unopened and unused items in their original packaging and/or with tags attached (no ripped or torn packages will be accepted). Items that meet our return requirements may either exchanged for a different item of the customer’s choice or a Step’N Out Gift Card will be issued, which is valid at any time with no expiration.
Manufacturer Warranties – Products Considered Defective
If you have purchased products from Step ‘N Out Dancewear that you believe is defective, please contact us immediately. Each manufacturer’s policies will vary depending on the product and issue. We will deal directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to ensure the matter is looked after quickly and efficiently. We are committed to providing our customers with quality product that perform as the manufactures claim. Due to time restraints on possibly damaged or defective items, once again we ask you contact us immediately. You may email us at email@example.com.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on either invoice or packing slip. Shipping charges for all returns is to be prepaid/ insured by you, the shipper. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once again, we will not accept any packages with COD charges. We are not held responsible for the returned product until it is accepted by us. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any items refunded will not include the cost of shipping and handling.
